ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Old Princewaleans Association was held yesterday Tuesday 21st April 2009 at the Prince of Wales School's Hall, Kingtom in Freetown. The following members were duly-elected to run the Association's affair for the for two(2)years i.e 2009/11, and more especially as the School will be celebrating its 85th Anniversary next year. Members elected were: 1. PRESIDENT- Mr.Raymond Moshe Roberts, whom had served as General Secretary for the Association for eight (8)years. 2. 1st VICE PRESIDENT- Dr. Roland Buck 3. 2nd VICE PRESIDENT- Mr. Denni Nelson- Streeter 4. GENERAL SECRETARY- Mr. Samuel B.Freeman, whom had also served as Assistant General Secretary for the Association for eight (8)years. 5. ASSISTANT GENERAL SECRETARY- Mr.Prince E.A.J. Kenny, who was the former Treasurer. 6. TREASURER-Mr.Benjamin McEwen 7. SOCIAL SECRETARY- Mr.Jabez B.Rogers-Wright (Jnr) 8. PUBLICITY SECRETARY-Mr. Winston G. Jonah, who was the former Social Secretary. 9. AUDITORS- Mr.Ojo.A.U.Collier and Mr.Wordsworth Cole 10. EX-OFFIO'S are: The Revd.Canon. Fowell P. Emerson-Thomas, the immediate Past President, both Principals of the Prince of Wales School-Mrs. Millicent A. Ogoo and Mr. Aubrey N.O. Jones, Dr. Delwin M. Findlay, Revd. Jenner T.G.B. Buck, Mr.Hundson Tucker and Mr.Vivian Walt-Macfoy representing the Prince of Wales School Band. The Chairman and returning officer of the elections, Revd. Henry Christian Samuels, who was also the out- going 1st Vice President of the Association congratulated the newly elected President and his executive. He wished them well in their various positions. The out-going President of the Association, Revd.Canon.Fowell P.Emerson-Thomas,offered prayers for the newly executive members. The President-elect, Mr.Raymond Moshe Roberts, thanked fellow Princewaleans present for the confidence reposed in him as their newly elected President and that of his colleagues.
